Richard E. Bornhoft, Chairman of the Executive Committee, The Frontier Fund and Chief Investment Officer, Equinox Fund Management, LLC

Active in the futures industry since 1979, Mr. Bornhoft specializes in the creation, evaluation, and risk monitoring of managed futures investment portfolios for institutional and individual investors.  Mr. Bornhoft began his career as a systematic CTA, and subsequently directed hedging strategies for mortgage and agricultural companies and banks.  Mr. Bornhoft co-founded one of the first multi-manager futures funds in 1983 and The Bornhoft Group, a futures investment advisory firm, in 1985.  Over the course of his career, Mr. Bornhoft has directed the research, design and on-going management of multiple-CTA managed futures portfolios for approximately 20 pension plans, corporations and banking institutions throughout the world. Mr. Bornhoft is one of the Founders of Equinox Fund Management, which currently manages 11 public commodity Pools. In addition, he is the Portfolio Manager of MutualHedge Frontier Legends Fund, Equinox’s managed futures mutual fund.  He has served on numerous arbitration boards and committees of regulatory and industry organizations. He is a frequent speaker at international conferences and symposiums on alternative investments.  Mr. Bornhoft earned his B.S. in Agricultural Business from Colorado State University.  He holds securities licenses Series 7, 24, 63 and CFTC/NFA Series 3.


Robert J. Enck, President and Chief Executive Officer, Equinox Fund Management, LLC

Mr. Enck has substantial senior-level management and business development experience. His career includes extended tenures with large, established companies, such as Bristol-Myers Squibb, and fast-growing, venture-funded organizations, such as Beansprout Networks. Prior to joining Equinox in March, 2007, he served as Senior Managing Director with The Hermes Group LLC, a merchant banking and corporate advisory firm providing strategic advisory services, including interim executive management, acquisition and divestiture services. Prior to his work with Hermes, he was general manager and vice president of Quintiles, a $2 billion pharmaceutical services firm. Mr. Enck holds a BS degree in Natural Sciences from St. John's University, Collegeville, MN and an MBA in Management from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN.
